Directions to the Azhar Central College

Azhar Central College, Akurana
Location
By Car: Azhar Central College is located at the 7th mile post town (7 miles/11 km from Kandy) on the road to Matale (A9). If you are coming from Kandy, you shall pass the main 6th mile post town, go past the Food City Supermarket and come to a second small town – you shall pass establishments such as Burger Hut and Kiyasa on your left. In the middle of the town, you shall come to the small concreted open area as the road turns sharply to the left and goes over the river. The school is visible at this location. If you pass the 7th mile post petrol shed you have gone too far – just turn around and you shall see the school.  By Bus: If you are coming by bus ask to get down at the 7th mile post town and walk to the school’s main gate.
